We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, shapewear items cannot be returned once opened or worn. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a refund, email us at shapeflaire@gmail.com with your order number and clear proof (photos/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
- Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers are not fully under our control.
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect address submissions by the customer.
